FORGIVENESS MEDITATION
Find a quiet place and closing your eyes say these words to yourself.
I fully and freely and completely forgive you ______________________. ( the persons name) I release you mentally and emotionally and spiritually.
I completely forgive everything connected with our relationship. I forgive you and I fully forgive myself . I am free and you are free. It is a marvelous feeling.
This is my day of general amnesty. I release anyone and everyone who has ever hurt me in thought or word or deed, and I wish for each person to have health, happiness, peace, serenity and all the blessings of life.
I forgive everyone as best I can and forgive myself for any hurt I have brought to anyone in thought, or word or deed. I do this freely, joyously, and lovingly. Whenever I think of anyone who has hurt me, I say : “ I have released you, and with you all the blessings of life.: I am free and you are free. It is wonderful.
When I have fully forgiven that person (or persons) , I may remember the pain and hurt, but I will no longer feel the sting or the emotions. Continue to forgive others and yourself until you can meet anyone in your mind, or in person, and know that you are at peace with them.
When a thought of that person comes into your mind repeat as often as needed this phrase: “PEACE BE WITH YOU.” I WISH YOU ALL THE BLESSINGS OF LIFE.” PEACE BE WITH YOU.
