Ownership RightsAs between you and us, all services performed and prepared by HEALL and accepted and paid for by you, here under shall become your property. It is understood that there may be limitations on the use and ownership of materials by virtue of the rights of third parties. We shall advise you of the existence and nature of all such limitations and the basis of your right to use such material. At the termination of this agreement, all marketing plans prepared by us and submitted to you in writing, remain your property. |
