Organic Grass Farm is a transitional farm soon to qualify for full organic certification. The farm provides grassfed chickens, turkeys, and veal, as well as eggs from pastured poultry. The cattle are moved every day to fresh grass with the use of portable electric fencing. The farm's goal is to follow a "wholistic" production model. As just one example, chickens are brought into a pasture two or three days after it has been grazed by cows so they can scratch through the cow manure and eliminate insect larvae.
