Earth Shine Farm "cuts no corners" in their efforts to produce wholesome, pastured poultry products. They offer pastured chickens fresh or frozen in season (June through October). Frozen birds are available in the winter. Their 11-year-old daughter operates a "thriving egg business." The birds are housed in moveable pens on fresh pasture and fed a special feed formula developed by Joel Salatin.

Oak Moon Farm produces pastured chicken, turkey, and eggs plus grassfed lamb, beef and pork. Eggs, lamb, and beef are available year round. Pork is available in the fall. Lamb, beef, and pork are sold by the whole or half carcass or by individual cuts. Mail orders are accepted. Lambs, steers, and heifers receive no grain at any point in their development. Pregnant ewes and cows may be given some grain during extreme weather conditions.
