Egg Farm Dairy is proudly "Setting the Dairy Industry back 100 Years!" The dairy was founded in 1993 by cheesemaker Jonathan White who wanted to return butter and cheese to their "lost grandeur." Currently, their Jersey cows are fed some grain, but cheese from purely grassfed cows may be available by the spring of 2001.

Fallow Hollow Deer Farm specializes in pasture-raised venison, available fresh or frozen year-round. Pastured rabbits and poultry (chicken, turkey, duck and pheasant) are sold as well. Sap Bush Hollow Farm offers a wide variety of pasture-raised products, including chicken, beef, lamb, turkeys, pork, sausage, and bacon that are free from hormones and antibiotics. Adele and Jim Hayes have been practicing rotational grazing and sustainable agriculture since 1979. Their goal is "to produce the best animals under the most natural conditions we can achieve with our resident plant and animal life mutually benefiting from our efforts." Seldom Seen Farm specializes in heritage breeds-Bourbon red turkeys, Soay sheep, Dexter cattle, Wyandotte hens. "These were the breeds that your grandma might have had in years gone by." ZuZu Petal's Farm strives to eliminate the gap between producer and consumer. "We encourage our customers to visit our farm and see how our animals are raised." The farm offers pastured poultry, eggs from pastured hens, grass-finished lamb and beef. Their beef comes from Scottish Highland Cattle and their lamb from Jacobs Sheep.
