Egg Farm Dairy is proudly "Setting the Dairy Industry back 100 Years!" The dairy was founded in 1993 by cheesemaker Jonathan White who wanted to return butter and cheese to their "lost grandeur." Currently, their Jersey cows are fed some grain, but cheese from purely grassfed cows may be available by the spring of 2001.

Adele and Jim Hayes have been practicing rotational grazing and sustainable agriculture since 1979. ZuZu Petal's Farm strives to eliminate the gap between producer and consumer. "We encourage our customers to visit our farm and see how our animals are raised."
