3 Bucket Hollar provides pastured poultry from May through November. "Mamma Henn's Premier Pastured Eggs" are available from their multi-colored free-range chickens "as the ladies make them." Pastured turkeys are sold in time for Thanksgiving. Pork is sold at the farm in late summer and fall. U-pick flowers are available in the summer. Jen Henn and Edward Marshall "farm biologically, building our soils organically. We make our own poultry feed using Joel Salatin's recipes.
