4-year-old Boy battles Federal Agency for the Right to Live!

It's bad enough that a family gets ripped apart by the tragedy of having a child that is terminally ill. Now Thomas' family must also fight a government agency for his right to live.

Thomas' parents have made the decision not to subject Thomas to the dangers or cruelty of radiation and chemotherapy. They have found a viable alternative that offers Thomas a chance at enjoying quality of life. They have discovered much to their horror that Thomas must be denied therapy because of an FDA ruling that says, "Thomas must first endure Radiation and Chemotherapy and fail." What Madness!
